What kind of communication style do they have? Stop over analyzing, In a relationship, all of your insecurities begin in your thoughts. Your thoughts have an impact on your emotions, which in turn has an impact on your actions. You lash out at your partner, become defensive, or shut down when your worried thoughts spiral out of control. By learning to control your emotions, you can prevent these feelings from occurring.
