Regular indigestion

Hello, I can feel my stomach and git health is poor , my stomach is always feels full but at same time I have cravings to eat more , and I see constant pimple and acnes on my lower cheeks and head also , I'm bloated at times and my washroom timings are irregular too , please suggest , at times I also have high acidity after eating masala food items, please help
