Every human being needs sun exposure for synthesis of vitamin D. Just have routine morning exposure that’s sufficient for most. Otherwise your levels are normal and you don’t need to repeat the test again for next 20yrs atleast, unless you have some other symptoms. Also vitamin D is not absorbed from Sunrays or sun . It helps to synthesise intermediate compound of vitamin D from precursor compound called 7dehydrocholesterol which later go on to form vitamin D.
