· If you are having healthy weight then we can work on your muscle mass increasing regime by including strength training and by increasing protein intake of high quality protein which will include meat, fish, eggs and dairy products, legumes and nuts. Protein supplements like whey protein can also be useful but under my guidance.
· To gain weight healthily, focus on eating more nutrient-dense foods rather than bulk eating, and living an overall healthy lifestyle that will involve exercising, getting enough sleep and reducing stress will also help in improving your overall personality.
· It may be advisable to avoid over consuming vegetables and fruits if gaining weight is priority for you. The fiber in fruits and vegetables can lead you to feeling full faster.
