190 to 200 beats per minute is way too high. Anytime you can go into arrhythmia or sudden cardiac arrest. Please visit a cardiologist immediately. It's abnormal. How did you check your heart rate by the way? Sometimes smart watches with ECG facility consider p wave and r wave both as heart beat. So it actually doubles heart rate mistakenly.  Get an ECG done and holter monitoring

A pulse rate of 190–200 beats per minute from mild exertion like short stairs is dangerously high and requires immediate emergency medical care. Stop all activity, sit down, and call for emergency help right away—especially if you feel chest pain, dizziness, or trouble breathing. Immediate Actions: 1. Stop and rest: Sit or lie down in a safe, cool place immediately. 2. Call for help: Seek emergency medical services or go to the nearest emergency room. 3. Try breathing techniques: If trained and advised by a medical professional, gentle breathing exercises or vagal maneuvers (like a cold pack on the face) may help lower the rate while waiting for assistance. When to Seek Emergency Care: 1. Go to an emergency room or call emergency services immediately if the high heart rate occurs with any of these warning signs: a) Chest pain, pressure, or tightness b) Severe shortness of breath or trouble breathing c) Dizziness, lightheadedness, or feeling faint d) Fainting or loss of consciousness Finally, are you experiencing chest pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath right now? Is there a history of heart conditions?

Usually heart rate increases when you climb stairs.if it is causing breathing difficulty and discomfort it is better to do echo every year to see if the regurgitation has increased and there is no pulmonary hypertension which can cause weakness of rt ventricular muscle ie rt side of heart.see if the pumping of heart is normal.persistent tachycardia can cause heart failure.tachycardia during exercise lasting for 2 mts as such won’t weaken the heart.please consult me on practo

Hello, I require some additional information from you: 1. Could you please provide your weight? 2. Do you engage in any physical activities? It is worth noting that mild tricuspid regurgitation can be considered normal. Additionally, for your age, a heart rate of up to 190 beats per minute may also be within a normal range. However, it would be advisable to schedule a consultation and undergo some tests before receiving further recommendations...

This much heart rate after climbing just 15-16 steps is concerning, and with your history of TR I would suggest you consult a cardiologist asap for further testing so that proper treatment can be given.
Health Tips
I would suggest you avoid physical exertion in any form before consulting a cardiologist, so that you can avoid any serious complications.

A resting pulse of 125/min is abnormal if measured after 5–10 minutes of rest. Reaching 190–200/min after only 15–16 stairs is excessive and should be evaluated. Mild tricuspid regurgitation is usually incidental and is unlikely to cause this or weaken the heart.
Next Steps
Please visit a physician/cardiologist within 24–48 hours for: - Resting ECG - CBC/haemoglobin, thyroid profile and electrolytes - Holter monitoring to rule out SVT or another arrhythmia - Review of the ECG
Health Tips
Go directly to the emergency department if the fast pulse occurs at rest, does not settle after stopping activity, or is associated with chest pain, fainting, severe breathlessness, marked dizziness or sweating. Until reviewed, avoid strenuous exercise, caffeine, energy drinks and dehydration
