Redoing root canal. Attached x-ray

I recently underwent a root canal for couple of my teeth as the decay was in-between the teeth . I went to another doctor for the crown. He took x-ray and said that, for one of the tooth the filling went below the Apex and hence the root canal has to be redone. I am attaching the x-ray. Please confirm if the root canal has to be redone.

Hello mam.. Based on the radiological picture the filling material is went beyond the apex.... in that teeth pain may arise in the future.... so it is ideal to do re root canal treatment of that tooth and then crown should be done.....

If their  is no pain and discomfort then there is no need of root canal again . These errors happen sometimes but it will not cause much problem to u.

Retreatment require if you have pain .. Wait for 2-3 month overfling resorb itself  if there is no pain go for the crown of teeth

Wait till pain subsides completely... It might just be cement which gets disappear after sm time... After that go for crown... If pain dosnt get subsided re rct shud b done

if it's done few months  back and no pain ior infection in that tooth in that case no need of repeat root canal ..you can wait for few days more and then go for crowns .

if the tooth is in occlusion and there is no pain for 3-4 months after completion of root canal treatment you can go ahead with crowns

Yes one of the tooth has overfilling which is going beyond the apex but if you have a problem that is pain during chewing or pain which is present on pressure to tooth then go for re rct otherwise it can be done after a time as it may resorb on its own. Crown will prove no problem
