These teeth can be saved by re rct or not as i had my rct in 2017 then the doctor had not done capping so I m very scarred that my teeth will fall out as I m very young I can't afford this

Re-rct of the right tooth and RCT of the left one along with capping can be done. For better esthetics go for a good cap. However, checking the tooth clinically also matters. Caps are usually avoided for children below 18yrs of age. Even if given a mediocre one is suggested.
