I have acute pain in frontal 4 teeth’s due to enamel erosion and wisdom teeth . One doctor prescribed that all 4 wisdom teeth must be removed since it spreads cavity . Is it true . I have also attached my scan report . Pl guide me

Hello sir, its better to remove all four teeth because it is damaging the adjacent tooth and it's an extra teeth , since you have acute pain, best solution is to remove all the wisdom teeth... So that in future it wont create any problem..
