I use to feel a lump inside my cheek for last 3 years. I have shown it to multiple dentist, however, they say that they are swollen salivary glands and nothing serious since it is not growing. Recently, I am witnessing issue of pus filled lump developing everytime i eat something in the area where the salivary glands are swollen. The lump dissappear in a while. Is this something serious?

needed photograph to confirm the diagnosis. If you noticed pus discharge, you need to visit nearest dentist as early as possible.

You should consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options. As full history will be required to diagnose it properly.
