Puffiness in areola
I'm observing a change in my right side breast , they're abnormal compared to my right breast.Should I be concerned about this ?
It's bothering me , I don't feel any lumps , is mammography required?

Please consult a General Surgeon or a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination. Before that you should get a sonomammography done. Further management after the clinical examination.

But lot of things like
Pain

From which any doctor compare so need normal breast

Nipple is swollen how long?
Areola is also huge seems inflammatory!

U CAN GO FOR SONOGRAPHY BREAST FIRST!
CONSULTATION WITH A GYNAECOLOGIST WITH USG REPORT.
Probably she may advice blood work after knowing all details.

Good afternoon, see by the history you have given and the photo you have shared it's difficult to give any diagnosis here. And also here we don't know since how many days it has started, is it increasing in size, is it painful, any discharge is coming from that, etc.
So it's better for you if you consult an General surgeon in your area and do the investigations prescribed by the doctor.

Need more data and images to really compare the change from normal side breast. Also the diagnosis depends on the presence of any discharge from the nipple, pain in the area. Physical examination would help understand the consistency and then decide about the need for any imaging studies like Ultrasound.
