Sir it totally depends on your daily protein consumption in other forms apart from whey like soya/ tofu/ meat/ fish egg...etc.
But a proper diet plan can be constructed after knowing your regular dietary habit.
It ideally should not affect
liver if taken in optimally doses. But that cant be ascertained without knowing your dietary habit
