Protein powder for body building

Is pulmocare protein a reliable solution for body building and for gaining mass. My boy is 179cm But skinny. His weight is about 55-56kg Are there any side effects.

Hello, for gaining weight, more than protein , it is recommended to increase your carbohydrate intake. You should have kaju , kadam, kismis and a milkshake early morning around 7:30 - 8:00am. Then for breakfast , have aloo or paneer parathas, cheese sandwiches, eggs , roti & veg around 9:30 -10:00am. For lunch & dinner, have 3- 4 chapatis, vegetable / non-veg , rice & dal, salad, curd / raita. Add a sweetdish after your meals. In between also have kheer, halwa, sandwiches, chocloates, aloo chaat , maggi, bhel, etc.Visit www.ditclinic.in
