Hello, your ideal body weight should be 67-70kgs. You have to decrease another 15kgs at least.If you take diet and exercise seriously, I think you can reach your ideal body weight. However, It is little difficult if you have a family history but not impossible. So start with your diet right away and be physically active. Avoid outside eating, processed foods, refined foods, and take more of salads,fruits and high fiber and high protein diet.
