Is it helpful to wear a posture corrector brace to correct posture, mainly anterior pelvic tilt and hunch back/rounded shoulder ? Thanks

Sir you r just 32 and y do you want to rely yourself on any external devices like brace to correct your posture please visit a good fitness trainer near you or a physiotherapist who can guide to strengthen your back muscles to keep your erect

No. U don't wear a posture corrector brace without prescription . First u correct it through proper exercises there will be definitely improvement by expert.

The braces are only for mechanical support . You need to have a proper muscle work for better stability in terms of posture as well as movement based!! Hence lol for closeby physio good in movement based Therapy and start working on your muscles!!
