Pooping 2-3 times a day

I am eating a high protien, moderate carb and low fat diet, drinking atleast 2-3l of water,been working out at the gym. Still i am pooping two three times a day, poop is solid and normal but does multiple pooping means the body is not digest food or absorbing protien to bulid muscle?
