Can i saute veggies in pomace olive oil or a normal olive oil? I won't fry or do anything just a light saute.

Olive oil in general  is not best suited  for deep-frying, sauting is fine pomace oil is the 2 nd filtrate which means its the 2 nd grade ,but the 1 st grade is supposed  to be an extra Virgin or cold pressed  variety of olive oil.
