Due to accident I injured on dated 18.02.2022. Found leg move during walking ,also light pain observed .so use belt to stop movement & not fold the leg according to doctor prescribe . Now what can I Do.

Looks like ACL is injured. If you are getting instability, its better to undergo surgery. In tye meantime keep taking pain killers. And start physio once pain settles
