Your ecg is showing occasional large waves known as VPCs . In some cases , it is a normal finding,  but when more frequent it needs to be evaluated . I want to know whether you are having palpitation during physical exertion other than eating , associated chest pain , breathlessness,  giddiness Your ecg is not complete,  it does not include record of remaining 6 leads Kindly take a repeat ecg , if possible at the time of having palpitations
