Your ECG shows sinus tachycardia at around 111 bpm — the rhythm is normal but the rate is fast. The most important next step is to find the cause: anxiety can explain this, but hyperthyroidism is a key medical cause to rule out that also explains elevated liver enzymes. Your blood results show a concerning metabolic picture: elevated liver enzymes suggest fatty liver, HDL of 34.9 is very low, LDL and triglycerides are borderline high, and fasting sugar of 101.5 is in the pre-diabetes range. Together, this is consistent with early metabolic syndrome and needs active management.
Next Steps
Get TSH urgently to rule out hyperthyroidism. Also do CBC to rule out anemia. Lifestyle changes (diet, exercise, weight management) are essential for the fatty liver and lipid issues. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

It would have been great if you had sent full picture of ECG. Your heart rate is 111 as per report. Sometimes ECG reports may go wrong. Heart rate is high in many occasions. It can be from 1. Anemia 2. Hyperthyroidism 3. Fever 4. After physical activity or exertion 5. Many other Heart related issues 6. Kidney related issues 7. Anxiety etc...etc... Reason varies from person to person. You should consult a doctor and run some tests
