Pain on neck nerve behind ear

I experienced pain when I woke up yesterday on the nerve at the pointed area of skull just below the left ear. If I stay still the pain is not there but if I move my head it occurs.

Hi there ! apply ice / hot pack over painful area with  gentle stretching ,  kinesiology taping application, isometric exercise will help you and  if still problem persist consult your nearest skilled physio. Have a good day:)
