Hot water fermentation will be helpfull to be done at home thrice a day in relaxing muscles, do not try to put presuure untill it completely loosens. If possible take Ultrasound therapy at nearest physiotherapy center for 4 days. The pain will reduce and gaining back strength to triceps and elbow muscles will be easy.
