I have been having shoulder pain from neck to front of shoukder . There is also breast pain which occurs at particular position . Yesday night had it while i slept on my stomach and also my shoulder pain aggravated . What could it be

Looks you have peri arthritis shoulder and possible cervical spondylitis X Ray cervical spine and X ray shoulder get it done. Take tab Zerodol p and apply diclofenac gel on shoulder.
