Pain in hip

5 day ago i have lift the weight and i walked 8 km next day started pain in the back after 2 day started pain hip also now back pain recover little bit but one side hip not recovered also pain during sitting on chair and on bike seat please suggest some doctor and medicine

Don't do again weight lift, and avoid to yoga and hard exercises because pain may be increased, and take rest proper way putted the pillow below the knee in supine position, and consultant online physiotherapist with proper guide you .
