Its due to small cut or fissure mainly.its also due to increased amount of sweet intake in diet.apply anovate gel or you can also apply plain lignocaine  gel , inside the canal canal ,not outside.

Hi It's better to visit doctor physically then to take random medicines. You can add some fibers to diet, increase water intake, can take stool softener if needed. Thank you

Pain and burning with bowel movements that started during your period can come from a small anal fissure, irritated haemorrhoids, or skin irritation from pads rubbing the area. It is rarely something serious at your age.
Next Steps
Keep the area clean and dry, use a mild barrier cream, and avoid straining. If it does not settle in a week or keeps worsening, please visit a gynaecologist or physician in person to check for a fissure or infection.
Health Tips
See a doctor sooner if you notice bleeding, a lump, fever, or pain spreading to your lower abdomen.
