I attached pics.. on this particular area( below knee cap) started paining suddenly. Maybe the area is swelled. when I bent my leg or extend my leg, when I press the area i feel the pain, also while walking I feel the pain, facing difficultly while walking. I did some squat exercises with and without weight yesterday.

It looks like it is patellar tendinitis. So avoid knee bending if it is giving pain. Also use an ice pack if swelling is there. Also consult the nearby physiotherapist for its treatment.

Kneeling could overstretch that area. There is a bursa there which be irritated. Icing, Ultrasound could help.
