I got hurt on tuesday , and on my upper abdomen i saw red bruise and swelling with some pain, but yesterday when i was taking bath, i noticed 2 lump kind of in my upper abdomen muscle, it only pains ehen tpuching pr pressing it, other wise i don't feel pain, what it can be?? I'm getting very worried
