By following a 6 meal pattern per day
Drinking 10-12 glasses of water daily
Oil consumption should be upto 15gms per day..oils such as mustard, olive, sunflower, cannola etc should be used.
Butter , ghee , creams should be avoided.
Eating one plate of salad before lunch and dinner is a good practice
Make sure you don't drink water soon after eating or between meals.
Also some exercise is also important
