Hello..
Well it's always better to consult a nutritionist or dietician in person because then you can tell about your preferences... I suggest you to have more of pulses in form of dal and have less chapathis and rice...you can replace them with oats,ragi.....you also need to include fruits like Apple, banana....apart from that have carrots,cucumber, channa when ever you are hungry...consult a nutritionist
