Over thinking

I have a serius problem of overthinking. i cant stop thinking what i shudnt think. its really disturbing me a lo. its taking over me. hoe can i get over it...? what is the solution

If you are thinking excessively over issues which one should normal ignore, you tend to waste a lot of time thinking about stuff, not able to relax and chill, people often ask you to relax down, headache, bodyache, tiredness, etc all these symptoms are suggestive of anxiety disorder.
