I have over responsive immune system and having health issues like inflammed adenoids and alopecia all these . How to control  over immune response? Even I wear 2  n95 mask with social distancing also i got affected by covid twice..what to do plz suggest what to do doctor.

Gud evening one simple thing that is a healthy anti oxidant rich foods mostly found in fruits,green vegs n leafy vegetables pls include into your diet,do yoga for minimum of 30mins alternate of walking or jogging which helps in improving your immune system gradually.
