I feel i have the above condition where I cannot open my mouth fully.. and also cannot stick out the tongue.. problem in whistling also and face pain.. i used to chew pan masala earlier.. now i can't as it feels numb in my mouth.. i have no painful blisters nothing.. but a whitish line over the wall of my mouths and throat.. the opening is 2and half fingers..

Hi...yes it is oral submucous fibrosis...u need to use SM fibro tablets for a month course and do mouth opening exercises...no need to worry as mouth opening is better...that white line on cheek is Linea Alba...so don't worry as it normal in OSMF...
