Please consult a General Physician first. Let him take detailed history,  check your BP, do some basic investigations, decide if headache is due to simple overstrain, due to Viral infection, due to sinus problems , or some other causes. Most of the time he will be able to resolve your problem. In some cases you may be asked to consult an Eye Specialist, an ENT specialist, or even a Neurosurgeon. Headache is not always a simple problem.

Needs further evaluation. New onset headache needs to be assessed based on the symptoms.

Most headache are stress related. Try to  calm down. Do you have any cold. It may due to sinusitis too. Do steam inhalation if you have cold . If not kindly consult

Migraine can be cause of headache .
