Please consult a General Physician first. Let him take detailed history,  check your BP, do some basic investigations, decide if headache is due to simple overstrain, due to Viral infection, due to sinus problems , or some other causes. Most of the time he will be able to resolve your problem. In some cases you may be asked to consult an Eye Specialist, an ENT specialist, or even a Neurosurgeon. Headache is not always a simple problem.

Most headache are stress related. Try to  calm down. Do you have any cold. It may due to sinusitis too. Do steam inhalation if you have cold . If not kindly consult

Hi., I can understand your concern It can be due to cold, stress or increased blood pressure if it's everyday, for now take tab zerodol p twice a day after food and tab pan 40 twice a day before food for 3 days
