Overweight and unable to get myself to lose weight. I want to lose weight but struggling with motivation and consistency. I'm just 27 years old and just had a baby. I want to be healthy for my child. For myself. Being overweight has hampered my self confidence and also feel like my husband is losing interest in me. I have a very high body fat percentage and I want to reduce it and lead a healthy lifestyle. I'm trying but I'm unable to do it consistently.
