Numbness in arms and stomach gas.

So I've been having stomach gas problem from a few days. It's like after eating or drinking something my stomach feels unwell and it's like gas. It doesn't happen everytime I eat something. Just happens few times a day and gets normal after a few minutes. And from 3 days I'm having numbness in my arms and hands. It doesn't last full day. It happens a few times and goes away on its own. Is it somehow related to my stomach issue or is it something else.
