Taking 10 pain killers in a day will harm your other body systems/organs. Pain may be due to dry socket or nerve traction . Visit your nearest dentist . After taking IOPA( if presence of dry socket)doctor will give you few dressings. Your symptoms will go away as soon as .

Swelling and pain is normal following wisdom tooth extraction.  But it should subside within a weeks time. If you are still experiencing pain kindly revisit your dentist or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for evaluation and appropriate management. Do not take 10 pain killers per day.
