Not sure whether I have IBS or sibo

Is there any test for IBS or Sibo? And suddenly I have become lactose intolerant.. Or it could be gallstones? I cannot figure it out.. Kindly help

Are you staying in a city or in some remote village where you have to walk for 4 hours to catch a bus to come to the city? If you are staying in a city please consult a General Physician who will either diagnose your problem or he will ask you to get a few investigations done. That's the way we approach a medical problem. Not get ten diagnoses from Google and then expect one answer from a Doctor who has never seen you.
