Not able to open mouth properly, swelling is also their. not able to eat food n lip's crack is paining more.. m applying ointment n taking medicine also on time.

If its just happened, visit an emergency room. If its been there for a long time, use vaseline now. See a dentist tomorrow.

You should mention their medications that you are using for this purpose. I just hope you are not self medicating. A proper clinical checkup is required to diagnose your condition so that the right treatment can be suggested to you. But roughly going by the description that you have mentioned it seems that there is infection in your teeth as well as inflammation in the muscles leading to reduced mouth opening. Regards.
