No weight loss

I am I  software field and I work from home. I am active atleast for 4 days in a week with dance and floor exercises. I don't take much food but no particular diet, still I don't see any weight loss instead there is weight gain since I started working from home. Pls suggest some measures to follow

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

Hi Eat in every 2 hours and your last meal should be finished as early as possible, Try to consume only a protein diet at night will give a good result. Follow it consistently. Still it doesn't give results then consult directly.

You need to take meal as per your routine and constitution ( vata/pit/kapha). Our body generates excessive heat due to that it water level increases and body fat also double down. So better to take meal as per your requirement to get desired results

Gud evening there is no proper timing of meals that means more fat accumulation, try to exercise 5days atleast for minimum of 30-45 mins early morning preferred, try to have small meals atleast 5small meals minimum of 3hrs gap, focus on mindful eating, portion size control of each meals, sleep early in night rather than late night, reduce stress if any by doing meditation or breathing yoga for 20mins minimum and drink minimum of 3ltrs water including other liquid items. Try to do full body check up minimum of 3-6months gaps.
