i will help you out very easily , take small meal instead of major meals, have plenty of liquids avoid fruit juices, add salad + lemon in each meal, 30min brisk walk morning evening, with some prescribed particular weight loss exercises.

Greetings!    Weight loss is a journey and general guidelines may not work for all. Weight loss is attained 80 percent through proper diet and 20% through exercise. We need to understand your body metabolism better before suggesting a diet plan and an exercise schedule. Also calorie deficit alone will not useful. There are other factors that are to be considered before starting with a diet regime.    It is ideal to consult with a nutritionist to frame a schedule that will help u better. Feel free to connect for further guidance
