No sleep since a month trying hard to sleep but am unable to get sleep ...body pains breathlessness feverish feeling ....28f...took dolo ,but still am unable to get sleep ...heartbeat fast ....what should I do

Your symptoms looks like anxiety attacks. Try life modification like Avoid stress, avoid sleeping in daytime. Meditate, excerise Eat healthy food and drink atleast 3L of water every day. If symptoms still persist go for medication and counseling.
