Need a diet chart for losing weight. I have to shed atleast 5-6kilos in 2-3monts. I am having deep vein thrombosis and I am not allowed to do any exercise in next 2-3months.

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Ok u plan ur diet with plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts. Start ur day with fruits raw sprouts and in almost all ur meals. Where ever possible add vegetables. Make ur rotis,upma,or poha,dosa,idlis with vegetables,sprouts instead of onions. Eat salads . Substitute millets for rice wheat. Buttermilk,can be a healthy drink . Drink enough water. Prepare health drinks with vegetables. Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night.
