* Consult a General Physician/Internal Medicine specialist first for a comprehensive evaluation.
Next Steps
* If snoring is significant with daytime sleepiness, undergo a sleep study and consult a Pulmonologist/Sleep Medicine specialist. * See an ENT specialist for recurrent morning sneezing and runny nose to evaluate for allergic rhinitis

Your symptoms — neck stiffness, headaches, morning sneezing, weight gain, snoring, and hair fall — are all very commonly seen together in people who work prolonged night shifts. Years of night shift work disrupts your body's internal clock (circadian rhythm), affecting sleep quality, hormones, metabolism, and immunity. The morning sneezing and runny nose is likely allergic or vasomotor rhinitis (aggravated by poor sleep). The neck stiffness and headaches are often tension-related from poor sleep posture and fatigue. Most importantly, the combination of weight gain and snoring together raises a concern for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), which would need evaluation. Hair fall is commonly seen with chronic sleep deprivation and stress.
Next Steps
Start with a General Physician who can evaluate everything together and refer you appropriately — likely an ENT for the morning rhinitis and a sleep study to rule out sleep apnea. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Due to prolonged screening and positional chages.rest properly and runny nose ,sneezing is the feature of allergic rhinitis. You need general physician for evaluation or you can consult directly.

May be you are using phone or laptop for a long time which causes neck stiffness and headache. For runny nose and sneezing you might have allergic rhinitis. Try steaming twice a day and if symptoms persist you can consult a physician.
