Neck muscle pain after excercise

I was doing excercise and seems like it pulled some neck muscle so when I rotate my neck I feel pain. Is there any home remedy for it?

Maintain neck straight. Apply diclofenac ointment for 10mins and then do hot water fermentation, repeat twice a day The pain will reduce.

Maintain ur posture,neck straight apply hot water give some rest to subside the pain.After pain subside start doing exercises. Don't give more repetitions,start once a day.
