Nasal congestion during Pregnancy

I am 27 weeks pregnant, from past 3 days facing acute nasal blockage & sore throat. Tried Saline Nasal drops, steam inhalation, ginger honey but nothing is working. Please advise what to do. Not able to breathe through nose, it's totally blocked. Not able to sleep as well due to this. Pls advise. Thank you.
