Earlier having problems with pcod, now okay. Also earlier problem of piles but now okay after every three months facing deficiency of b12 and d3 and also of  hemoglobin.please suggest a good multivitamin.tablets.

Try optimising your B 12 & D3 deficiencies through supplements as advised by the Physician. After these levels would be optimised & reached upto the standard range, then we can manage & maintain through dietary n lifestyle modifications. For Vit D3 take sunlight for 20-30 min in morning. Take mushrooms, fortified cereals, juices, green leafy veggies, milk n milk products & other non veg sources.
