Based on your report, there are some parameters outside the normal range, and while your weight (130–135 kg) may play a role, it’s important to understand the possible causes behind these results. Key points to consider: - Low Blood Urea, BUN, and Creatinine: These could indicate low protein intake, muscle mass changes, or underlying liver function issues. They’re not always serious but should be evaluated further. - High SGOT & SGPT (liver enzymes): Suggest that the liver may be under stress, this could happen due to fatty liver (common with obesity), medications, alcohol, or inflammation. - Elevated Alkaline Phosphatase: May relate to liver or bone health; in combination with raised liver enzymes, it often points to liver involvement. While these levels are concerning, they are manageable with lifestyle changes and timely medical intervention.

I reviewed your reports, and overall, your kidney and liver functions are mostly within normal limits, which is reassuring. The only mild changes are slightly high liver enzymes (SGPT, GGT, and Alkaline Phosphatase). This is quite common in people who are overweight and can indicate early fatty liver. Being 130 to 135 kg at 28 years puts extra strain on your liver and metabolism, which often leads to such findings even when there are no symptoms yet. It is not serious at this stage, but it is a clear signal to start gradual lifestyle correction. Focus on slow and steady weight loss through portion control, regular walking, and avoiding fried or sugary foods. Repeat liver function tests after 3 months once you begin these changes. You are still young, and this can fully reverse with consistent habits. You can also take an online consultation on Practo so I can guide you safely.
