I want to balance D3 and B12 in long terms, my doctor suggest Diptocal for D3 and B12 both, does it helps.

Yes for sure it is a good remedy but along side I would suggest you to take the required nutrients in your diet to maintain the level .. all whole grains are rich in B12 as per your profession you might be taking some amount of refined snacks on and off you should keep a check and include Flax seed powder in your diet on weekend try to expose to sun .... These are few things you should keep in mind ..
