My baby is 10 month old he is fallen down from walker at mouth side His 5 teeth has comes I worried that have any problem in future for baby teeth

Yes it can damage the permanent teeth..can  you send me the pic of the front teeth which have fallen.. After that I would be able to tell you the proper treatment plan..
