Improper posture like bendung the neck down or side and keeping it for prolonged time while on work or using screen causes neck pain whuch can later radiates to shoulder.
Same thing with lower abdomen and lower back, improper sitting posture causes one sided pain.
Nerve compression gives radiating pain to leg.
You need to maintain proper posture to avoid such pains in neck and lower back.
If you already suffring with this then visit nearest physiotgerapy clinic and take electrotherapy treatment, After reducing of pain then you will be suggested with strengthening exercises.
