Multivitamin supplement

Hi there. I want to know, Should i take multivitamin supplement? Is it good or bad for me? Or i don't need it? If needed then which one will work for me? From last few days i have realised that i reduced vegetables and fruits from my diet. Actually every day from last 34 month i only take dal roti and boiled chicken boiled eggs, curd. i am on weight loss program. But unfortunately i miss some vital vitamins and minerals from my diet. My problem is am alon, WFH. So i don't have time to cook much. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible with Your valuable feedback. Thank you so much for reading this. Saikat..
